Free shipping for orders over $50.  This excludes all Aquariums, Aquarium Sets, Live Fish and Black Hawk Cat and Dog food and heavy items.

Creative Aquariums ships Live Animals Monday through Thursday with the exception of holidays. Creative Aquariums ships all other goods Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays.

For any breakable items, please ensure that you open the parcel and check to make sure it is in perfect condition before signing for it, even if you have to make the courier driver wait. 

We currently do not ship rural. If you live Rural and would like to purchase some fish, please contact us as we can commonly ship to the nearest delivery point for you to collect.

The customer will receive an email with tracking information as the package is shipped.

Live arrival guaranteed on all orders that arrive during their acceptance/delivery date. If live animal shipments are lost or delayed by the carrier, we may be unable to offer any reimbursement.

Reimbursement is to the discretion of Creative Aquariums and may be in the form of replacement product and/or store credit.

In the rare occurrence of DOA's that arrive within their accepted delivery time. We will require *THREE CLEAR PHOTOS* of the deceased animals in the unopened bag within *ONE HOUR* of delivery. Be sure to inspect all fish carefully.

Partial credits will be made if the fish arrive DOA and all parameters of our DOA policy are met. For example, if you order eight fish, and one arrives dead, you will take three clear photos and email them within one hour. You will be credited the amount.

Creative Aquariums does not take responsibility for any issue that may occur due to the customer entering the address wrong.
